– Master bedroom with a king-size bed & attached bathroom
– Large Private Terrace featuring a relaxing Jacuzzi

HOUSE RULES-
1) No stag groups allowed (ONLY BOYS GROUP IS NOT ALLOWED)
2) Smoking is strictly permitted only in open outdoor areas. Smoking inside the villa, including bedrooms, living areas, bathrooms is strictly prohibited.
3) Pool Timings: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Proper swimwear is mandatory. Food and drinks are not permitted in the pool area.
4) The kitchen is intended for basic cooking only (tea, coffee, Maggi, omelettes, simple meals, etc.).
5) A refundable security deposit of ₹5,000 is collected at check-in and refunded within 24 hours of checkout, subject to no damages or policy violations.
6) Noise & Music Policy: Strictly no loud music or parties post 10:00 PM.
We request all guests to keep the volume low at all times and be respectful towards our neighbours and surrounding community. Any disturbance or complaints from neighbours/security may lead to immediate action and penalties.
7) Outside guests are not allowed at the property.

OTHER DETAILS:
1) Swiggy/Blinkit and all other deliveries are permitted only till the security gate for guest safety and privacy, which is a standard protocol followed within the gated complex.
2) Mobile network connectivity can be slightly iffy across many parts of Goa, and you may occasionally experience network fluctuations during your stay. However, the property is equipped with dedicated high-speed Wi-Fi for uninterrupted internet access.
3) A caretaker is available at the property from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. After 5:00 PM, self check-in is available. Guests can collect the keys from the security guard.
4) Housekeeping is available daily from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM only.
5) Parking is available outside the complex
