📶 Connectivity:
Mobile networks in Goa can sometimes be a bit inconsistent, but the home is equipped with a dedicated WiFi connection to ensure a smooth and reliable online experience.

Other things to note
1. There is an invertor power backup at the property. During power cut only 2 lights and 2 fans work for a duration of about 3 hours.

2. A mandatory refundable security deposit of ₹5,000/- is payable at the time of check-in. The amount will be refunded after checkout, subject to inspection of the property for any damages, breakages, or policy violations.

3. Smoking is allowed only outdoors.

4. Noise & Music Policy: Strictly no loud music or parties post 10:00 PM.

5. Outside guests are not allowed at the property.

6. Swiggy/Blinkit and all other deliveries are permitted only till the security gate for guest safety and privacy, which is a standard protocol followed within the gated complex.

7. Mobile network connectivity can be slightly iffy across many parts of Goa, and you may occasionally experience network fluctuations during your stay. However, the property is equipped with dedicated high-speed Wi-Fi for uninterrupted internet access.
